Designing a Research Infrastructure on Advanced Genomics Technologies | The EU-funded EASIGEN-DS project aims to design a new European research infrastructure focused on advanced genomics technologies, named EASIGEN. The project will conduct studies and consultations to develop a robust scientific and operational plan, while also seeking support from national and EU stakeholders. EASIGEN will feature a technology platform offering advanced genomic analysis methods, such as single-cell and spatial genomics, alongside a support platform providing tools, training and consulting for smaller facilities (particularly in widening countries), promoting growth in the biotechnology industry.
